The Workswell ThermoInspector is a parameterized thermal imaging security system for inspecting the quality of fire protection at landfills, incineration plants for communal waste and in warehouses and industrial sites. The ThermoInspector system has been successfully proven to work in many operating units due to fast installation, easy operation and the universal character for each environment. This enables to prevent hazardous situations and fires that can damage property.
The main part of the Fire-Safety ThermoInspector system consists of a central unit and between one and four Workswell WIC thermal cameras that can be simultaneously connected into the system. Systems are delivered with thermal cameras with a resolution of up to 640 x 512px, high thermal sensitivity (up to 30 mK), high temperature range (up to 1 500°C) and an IP40 or IP65 level of coverage. In the case of dusty environments, a protective cover with a IP67 high level of coverage (the camera is compactly located on the protective cover) can be used.
The central unit of the system is a high-performance universal industrial PC and has 8 digital inputs / outputs, 4x Ethernet interface with integrated PoE supply and other peripherals for connection with add-in systems Moreover, the system is cooled passively without the need for ventilators. The central unit is available in two versions: as a separate industrial PC with dimensions 26 x 22 x 8cm, or as all-in-one PC with high-quality touch full HD screen with the level of coverage from the IP65 face side.
The Workswell ThermoInspector system is also compatible with the stationary automation and FLIR scientific thermal cameras.
A major advantage is the large range of configuration and programming system options including the appearance and evaluation of functions. The system can also create program modules for specific algorithms of machine vision or videometry as required for some applications.
The option of setting visualization (temperature profiles and time courses, method of visualization including setting of pallets, etc.), alarms and evaluation rules, etc. are a matter of course, The system enables to record measured data and individual events on HDD or share through an Ethernet network.
Using digital inputs and outputs, the system can be connected to a master control system, for example PLC or directly via EPS technology.
