Workswell InfraRed Camera (WIC)

Workswell WIC are stationary LWIR thermal cameras for precise non-contact temperature measurements in laboratory and industrial environments. Workswell WIC offers several different sensor resolutions, which are 160x128px (WIC 160), 336x256px (WIC 336), and 640x512px (WIC 640) with sensitivity up to ≤0.03°C (30mK). Thermal camera can be connected by a USB3 interface (perfect for laboratory usage and PCB analysis) and GigE (suitable for industrial applications and integration with manufacturing processes). All WIC thermal cameras are calibrated during the manufacture process and are delivered including a calibration certificate.

Workswell WIC in a USB3 variant has a very low energy consumption, simple connectivity with a laptop with no need for an external power supply, and an integrated analog camera output. Both thermal camera variants can be easily attached to a production line or a tripod. High ingress protection rate of IP65 ensures camera’s high resistance against external factors.

Fire-Safety SMARTIS

The Workswell SMARTIS thermal camera is designed for process automation, machine vision, but also for continuous measurements of temperatures in metrological and research applications. The thermal camera has been designed for use in process automation in such a way that it can autonomously control a smaller process or its part or become a part of the control system. For this reason, it has been equipped with a TCP/IP interface (Ethernet 100Mb/sec, RJ-45) and also complemented with digital inputs and an analogue output (current loop 0-24 ma/12 V).

Workswell WIRIS 2nd gen

Workswell WIRIS 2nd gen is currently the most state-of-the-art thermal imaging system designed for commercial unmanned aerial vehicles, so called drones. It is a compact system that combines a thermal camera, a digital camera (set to a visible spectrum), and a processor unit that has possibility to record radiometric data with a digital HDMI output, all in one case.

Workswell WIRIS 2nd gen is a revolutionary product in its category, mainly due to the real-time control by a standard RC radio transmitter directly on the drone, providing many options. Using one button only, it is possible to remotely save fully radiometric imaging data (single pictures and also videos), to change temperature scale settings, measurement parameters (emissivity and apparent reflected temperature), temperature alarms, etc. The system is unique because of these possibilities.

USB3 and GigE modules for FLIR TAU2

Workswell USB3 and GigE modules for FLIR TAU2 are designed to be integrated easily into extension systems or to be connected to a PC. The modules are compatible with all FLIR TAU2 9Hz/30Hz sensors (TAU2 640, TAU2 320/336, TAU2 160/162/168) and enable easy access to sensors data, their controls, and administration. FLIR TAU2 is operated and powered via a USB3 or a GigE interface by means of a Hirose 50-pin connector. The whole internal electronic content is protected by an aluminium case.

Workswell CorePlayer software automatically identifies the USB3 or GigE interface, a FLIR TAU2 core type, or a faulty IP address setting. Depending on the core, the resolution is set to 8 or 14 RAW data format.

Workswell CorePlayer

Software is designed to perform detailed analysis, editing, exporting to different formats, and creating comprehensive reports from the thermograms recorded by Workswell WIRIS. All common functionalities for analysis of such data (temperature on the spot, minimum and maximum of the area, temperature profile, zoom, change in temperature scale, color palette, emissivity etc.) are available within the software, as well as extending functions such as GPS position on a map, or displaying the digital picture taken by WIRIS. Workswell ThermoFormat

ThermoFormat software is designed mainly for batch administration of recorded thermograms. In case you need to change the color palette, emissivity, or temperature scale in all the recorded thermograms, ThermoFormat contains this function and thus saves you a lot of time. Export of recorded thermograms with EXIF metadata in order to be able to create photogrammetry and 3D models is yet another great added value.

Workswell ThermoFormat software is used for batch editing and export of the pictures (for example in order to create 3D models).

WIC SDK and development libraries

Workswell provides its WIC stationary thermal cameras with a wide range of WIC SDK development libraries. These development libraries contain the complete package for user software design and implementation for various operating systems and platforms.

The WIC Software Development Kit (SDK) is available for both the Windows operating system and Linuxov distributions. PC x 86 processor platforms are supported as well as modern single-board systems on the basis of ARM, such as ODROID, Raspberry or NVIDIA Tegra and Jetson. The client can choose a development library in the format .dll, Labview VI, Matlab Simulink or Dewesoft plugin. This means that it is possible to achieve an optimized output of the final application and to significantly reduce the total time of implementation. If necessary, questions can be submitted to the development team at Workswell.
