WIC SDK and development libraries

Workswell provides its WIC stationary thermal cameras with a wide range of WIC SDK development libraries. These development libraries contain the complete package for user software design and implementation for various operating systems and platforms.

The WIC Software Development Kit (SDK) is available for both the Windows operating system and Linuxov distributions. PC x 86 processor platforms are supported as well as modern single-board systems on the basis of ARM, such as ODROID, Raspberry or NVIDIA Tegra and Jetson. The client can choose a development library in the format .dll, Labview VI, Matlab Simulink or Dewesoft plugin. This means that it is possible to achieve an optimized output of the final application and to significantly reduce the total time of implementation. WIC SDK contains a library of functions compiled into .dll format (or plugin for Labview, Matlab Simulink or Dewesoft) and provides a compiled HTML help including examples for the use of each methods. The client will receive the list of functions and the latest version of the development code with easy-to-orientate documentation and functional examples. Each WIC thermal vision camera purchased includes free SDK for Windows and Linux x86. Workswell also provides a special service for testing the compatibility of the selected user platform; do not hesitate to contact our support team with your requirement.

WIC SDK provides methods for connecting cameras (Connect, Disconnect), image reading (Start Acquisition), radiometry setting (Set Emissivity, Atmospheric temperature, Humidity, etc.), administration of thermal cameras (Get Serial number, Camera Status, Do NUC calibration, Camera Reset, Camera Gain, Camera body temperature, etc.) and functions for working with the image (Get Maximum, Minimum temperature, Select pallets, Get RAW data, Get Temperature Data, etc.). The programmer can use methods for reading and calibrating the thermal camera.
